Death Row was auctioned and sold to GMG (Global Music Group) in June 2008 for $24 Million. Since early 2009 Death Row Records is owned by the WIDEawake Entertainment Group. In 2012 New Solutions Financial Corp. (company that owns WIDEawake Death Row) filed for bankruptcy. eOne bought the rights to Death Row Records' catalog for $6 million in 2013.
