Club Beatroot was a series of 13 split singles taken from gigs held at 'the 13th note' in glasgow - think they only got to no. 9 because of problems with the property at the time. the idea was to record two or three bands at each 'club beatroot' night and then release it the following month. it didn't quite work out that way but the idea was there.
