Independent label: GrindCrust was a short-lived DIY label that released three records in the early '90s. Spine Wrench was Formed in Norwich in 1992. and Disbanded: 1996. This was an Industrial Rock band which included former members of Deviated Instinct; guitarist Rob 'Mid' Middleton and drummer Charlie. They were joined by Jarrod on bass. Charlie left the band after a year. Mid and Jarrod continued and replaced Charlie with a drum machine until ceasing operations in 1996. Distributed By GrindCrust Records.
