British pop band Venus Ray formed in the late '90s and consisted of Robert Coyne (bass, guitar, keyboards, vocals), Diggory Kenrick (guitar, percussion, vocals), Barney Oliver (bass, keyboards, vocals), Steve Smith (drums, vocals), and Tony Thewlis (bass, guitar, harmonica, vocals).
