Toe Rag Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in an RAG-0 numerical series. Thee Mighty Caesars were fronted by Billy Childish (b. William Charlie Hamper, 13 December 1958, Chatham, Kent, England), previously of the Pop Rivets and (Thee) Milkshakes. Thee Mighty Caesars Members were Billy Childish: guitar, vocals, John Agnew: bass, Graham Day: drums, vocals. By 1995, Childish had retired from the music business and started a new career as a painter.Distributed By Toe Rag Records.
