They released several singles, an EP and a full-length album, as well as playing a session for John Peel. After Hofman called it a day, lead singer Steve and guitarist Jay went on to form The Broken Family Band. Kaito was an English indie rock band from Norwich, was formed in 1996, and after five years in which they released three singles on small labels, the signed a European deal with Fierce Panda and an American deal with Devil in the Woods in 2001.
