Independent label: Shoeshine Records was formed by Francis Macdonald (born 11 September 1970 who was the drummer and sometime member of British alternative rock band Teenage Fanclub. Shoeshine Records - began releasing indie/pop rock vinyl singles in the summer of 1996. It issued singles in an SHOE-000 numerical series.
